Pedro was exceptional in every respect. Nothing was a problem. We had a little problem in locating the front door but he answered the phone promptly and met us downstairs. Also because we don’t speak Italian he ordered taxi for us and kept in contact constantly. He was also generous with his gifts of wine, etc.

We truly loved our stay at Numa Loreto! The hotel honestly exceeded all expectations and might just be the nicest aparthotel I’ve ever experienced. The biggest highlight – and something that deserves special mention – is the cleanliness. It’s incredibly rare to find a place where everything is this spotless! The moment I walked into the room, I instantly felt at home – it was just that welcoming and comfortable. The location is also very convenient – close to public transport and easy to get around. The room was well-designed, and had absolutely everything we needed for a stay. We also appreciated the smooth, contactless check-in process – everything felt modern and easy. I usually enjoy trying different hotels when I travel, but this is one of those rare cases where I’d truly love to come back to the same place.

Everything was wonderful. We were charmed by the cleanliness, hospitality and well-equipped box and apartment. Nice and budget place to stay in Milan. 5 minutes from the subway. We left our luggage until the evening at the reception, until the time of our flight.

Cristina was an excellent host. The staff were very professional and helpful. Check in process was very straightforward, and the city tax was paid upfront as expected. Some negative reviews complained about this, but it was communicated up front, and as with all Italian cities there is a tourist tax. As some people leave early and do not pay their taxes like they should, it makes sense for the owner to ask for the money at check-in. We did not have a problem with this. Cristina provided some local restaurant and Co-op links via Whatsapp which were incredibly useful – the Express is only a block away and well-priced to stock up on a few things like bread and milk. The refrigerator with a freezer unit was amazing and kept everything really cold. The room was exactly as shown, quite spacious and walls with cheeky Mona Lisa pictures. Some reviews found them a bit worrisome but we thought they were playful! Dual air-conditioners helped us keep cool/warm as required. The wifi was fast and easy to connect to. The bed was very comfortable and Cristina ensured additional pillows were provided when we requested them. There were plenty of power points including one either side of the bed (another reviewer said there were none but we found them!) - and also plenty in the sitting room as well. Shower was great and the daily replacement of towels was greatly appreciated. Local transport via Tram and Metro was within a 3-5 minute walk and with a 3-day ticket very affordable and an easy way to get around the city. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay here again should we be lucky enough to return to Milan.

We had 3 rooms booked for our group and every room was much more than we expected. Apartment and bedding was clean & fresh, breakfast cereals, coffee machine, tea, bottled water, fruit juice and biscuits were our breakfast which was replenished every day. The hosts and staff were so helpful and polite and gave us so much assistance and information on Milan. Out of the 12 hotels & apartments in Europe that we stayed in this was our best accommodation. Thank you to all. Location was good across the road from the Coin department store with a lovely rooftop restaurant and cocktail bar called The Globe. We had a supermarket a few metres from the front entry and the building was very secure. The hosts recommended a few restaurants which we tried and were all worth it.

The location, the facilities were all excellent. This property is walking distance from everything in Milan city centre and away from all the noise at night. It is great value for money and Elisabetta is an excellent host she could not be more helpful. I would recommend anyone who comes to Milan to stay here and I will most certainly stay here again.
