this is probably the best hotel i have stayed in, in madinah, easily located close to the train station and airport with parking facilities, the decor is amazing and the rooms and bathroom were higher than a 5 star, this is my chosen home away from home in madinah, on site gym as well, sauna and jacuzzi available and a swimming pool.

Everything was amazing. The apartment was so clean and organised. The smell was Bakhoor the whole time. The apartment is cosy and comfortable to stay in. Ms Hind was so nice and gentle. She was so welcoming and even when we were facing some difficulties before travelling, she was there for us.

Excellent in every way. Last year, my family and I were blessed to come to Madinah. We picked a hotel very close to the Prophet's Masjid but found out too late that it was absolutely terrible. This year, we were again blessed to return for Umrah and to Madinah. We spent months searching for the best accommodation to avoid stories that touch. In the end we picked this, since my mom wanted an apartment. Honestly it was the best decision. The apartment was so clean, beautiful and well equipped. It's just like in the pictures, nothing deceptive. The kitchen had decent amount of utensils you may need including tableware, pots etc, brooms and mops and even extra bin bags. We had bottled water and even extra toiletries. And the staff? Really really good people. Abdulraqi waited for us to arrive at 4am to check us in and immediately offered us water. He was super nice and kind and even the next day when we were going out, he helped with directions. You could see he was being genuine. Then Mustapha also helped us with directions and was also super nice and happy to be of help. The thing is, you could see how genuine these people were. The only problem with this place is if you don't own a car, you'd need an uber or a taxi to get to the Haram and back but Uber is even better as it's much cheaper. For anyone with a car, don't skip on this incredible accommodation. We wanted to even extend our stay but they were fully booked. May Allah(SWA) bless the people that work here ameen.
