The hotel initially upgraded me to a larger apartment (and that was for a discounted price for the initial apartment), and then when I extended the booking (for the original room) they kept the upgraded room for me. And when I messed up with another extention, the hotel allowed for a cancellation without any penalty. Of the amenities, i only used the pool - comfortable and nice. Jahangir and Ziba at the front desk were particularly helpful in handling my booking issues - thank you very much! Although the property is not new, management seems to make a very good effort at keeping it up (some brush-up works in common areas took place during my stay). Fantastic value for money !

Sajid was so polite and helpful, Suzette greeted us with warm smiles. We loved the spacious apartment and close proximity to Carrefour supermarket. Perfect for a family.
