Sandra contacted me in advance to arrange a time for the introduction and check-in. She was extremely punctual, always helpful, and friendly. We had reserved a parking spot, and everything went smoothly. The rooms are very clean, tidy, and beautifully furnished. Nothing was missing—there was a hairdryer, shower gels, soap, and even a large bottle of water provided. The apartment is in the heart of Tirana and directly in the city center. We also booked an airport shuttle taxi. The taxi was there well ahead of time, and we were informed in advance about what the taxi looked like and its license plate number. The customer service was excellent. I could contact Sandra via WhatsApp at any time to ask questions or share my requests. I always received a response within seconds. Overall, I can say that Rooftop Apartments is highly recommended, and I will definitely book my stay here again when I return to Tirana.
