A nice apartment that provided everything we needed. Friendly and helpful staff, a nice view of the river behind the building, parking right in front of the building, restaurants and shops within a walking distance, and the gondola few steps across the parking lot. We would gladly stay there again if we ever return to Sölden.

It was new, very well done up - modern, stylish yet functional. Host updated me in advance to send me the digital key codes, (free) parking and check in instructions. She was also very responsive to any additional questions. Even had a bottle of rose in the fridge as a welcome drink! I cooked a few dinners and breakfast, and the kitchen was super functional. Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, induction stove, cookware, and a dishwasher. There were 4 'skylights' that could be opened and shut with a controller. So it was perfect to let in light, air, and very handy especially when cooking. At the basement, there is even a mini-store where you can self-check out essentials.

We had an amazing stay at Sima apartments. It was extremely clean and super quiet. We had a first floor apartment and absolutely loved the lounge area in front of the enormous window with the stunning mountain view. The hosts, Markus and Simon, are super helpful. Any time we needed anything, they'd respond within minutes to our chat messages and when needed there would always be someone with us within an hour. There is plenty of parking space and the basement features a super convenient ski/snowboard storage space. Directly out front is a bus stop where free buses to nearby ski lifts depart every 20 minutes or so. But we mostly just took the car, as it was super easy to park nearby the ski lifts for only 6 euros per day. We would definitely come back here.

It was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The saunas were a perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes. A special touch was the complimentary pasta and sauce left for us—such a kind and thoughtful gesture. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!
