There is no elevator (building is historical and there is no possibility to install the elevator) but it wasn’t a problem for us. Because of the same reason as elevator there is no airconditioner but there is very good, modern fan. There was very nice surprise of two cold bottles off water and two of coca-cola. The contact with the owner was excellent and the whole staying was great! The location was perfect - right next to the old town.
