Finding a good and affordable place on Statia can be a challenge, but I was very happy to have 'discovered' this gem. The location is just perfect. The appartement is spacious with everything you can expect. The best restaurant on the island is right next to it, actually it part of the same building. It is true that during restaurant hours you will have guests dining next to the place. It was not a disturbance for me at all, and the good part, every morning you have the place for yourself. Your private terrace next to the ocean. The neighbors at Gin House serve a breakfast if you don't want to make it yourself. I loved the Nespresso coffee with cups being replenished every day, same goes for new bottles of waters every day. Great service that makes a difference. The place was clean and comfortable.

Pleasant outlook from the room to the pool. Nice décor/feel. Good sized room. Fantastic owner (very accommodating, helpful and responsive) and manager. Enough kitchen supplies to cook. Laundry onsite. Well maintained grounds. Very close to a mini market and bakery. Great value for money.

Palm Spring Inn está en Oranjestad y tiene vistas a la montaña, wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Clean, comfortable bed (the queen sized one). Decent couch and living room area. Wifi worked fine. Quiet. Flexibility with late checkout really appreciated. Not some gorgeous waterfront location, but the island is small enough that in a couple of minutes (by car) you're wherever you want to be: right in town or out in the middle of nowhere.
