Pudimos hacer early check in al llegar del aeropuerto y a la salida pudimos hacer late check out lo que fue muy conveniente dado el frío que hacía esos días en Beijing. El apartamento es cómodo y con todo lo necesario con unas maravillosas vistas del skyline. La zona donde se encuentra tiene todo tipo de establecimientos, supermercados y sitios para comer y está bien conectada con autobuses y metro con el resto de la ciudad. Jennie and her partner were very sweet and extremely helpful with everything, super responsive all the time! The cat is AMAZING - wish we could have taken it with us!! They let us use the washing machine too, which was so useful for us as full time travelers. The location is very close to metro and shops too. We definitely recommend this place!

Great location, friendly staff, and the free laundry room made our stay a great experience. Our flight arrived at 4:30 AM local time, and we reached the apartment around 6 AM. We were too tired and had too long to wait until the standard check-in time of 3 PM, despite the nice guest common area with free coffee, tea, soft drinks, a toilet, and a shower. I requested an early check-in, and the staff kindly found us an available room, allowing us to check in at 7.30AM for an additional half-day rent. The standard room cleaning service is provided every three days, but since our stay was 4 days, I asked the reception if we could have cleaning after 2 days. They kindly arranged it, which was helpful. The reception staff also offered to receive parcels on our behalf, which we appreciated. This building has a few apartments, and the receptionist (whom I imagine looks after all the apartments in the building) on the ground floor has always been very friendly, greeting us whenever we come and go. He also offered to help with our luggage at departure. All in all, staying at this apartment has been a great experience. I would highly recommend it.
