Liked the setup of each room, even tho we stayed 1 night, it was very well prepared for a long stay. There are some grills in the room that leak noise from the hallway to the room, and probably those are there in order to comply to regulations (having a kitchenette inside the room and allow for ventilation)

Great location within 2min walk to metro and 5min to two large supermarkets, a couple of restaurants and local cafes are around the corner, brand new building and everything is new and in perfect condition, kitchen is fully stocked and has cooking utensils and items like coffee, sugar and salt

This apartment also comes with a balcony that doubles up as an outdoor dining area. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. I searched through hundreds of listings and believe I found the absolute best, most perfect place in Medellín. The pictures are accurate and the directions/instructions for accessing the key were also accurate. The host from next door, Marina, greeted me when I arrived and helped me get settled in, and brought over delicious breakfasts each morning. I LOVED having an upstairs and downstairs and it felt like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the hot water in the shower worked almost immediately, and there were blackout curtains to help me sleep. The wifi speed was incredibly fast (about 250 mbps) with no interruptions. The place is on a residential street so there is a bit of noise from neighbours, but no clubs or bars so overall peaceful and quiet. This place was easily the best part of my trip.

Martha was very good but unfortunately asked me to leave a review of 10. I’m afraid I find it important to be honest with reviews. The pool is nice and the apartment was well equipped. Sadly, there are many rules and regulations and I found the security guards to be quite rude.
