Fully equipped kitchen. A huge Kaufland right next door to buy groceries, and catch many buses to the main station at the bus stop right there. Comfortable bed, excellent and clean bathroom and a huge walk in closet! Plus the outdoor seating area was nice, shady (from trees) and private.

Despite its compact size, the room is very well designed and fully equipped – there’s even an ironing board and iron, which are often missing when traveling. At first, I was worried that the windows face the tram tracks and it might be noisy, but the excellent soundproofing and double windows kept the room perfectly quiet. The wonderful host shared with us the story not only of the apartment but of the entire house. The place is thoughtfully designed and decorated with both professionalism and heart. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family!

Edmund's apartments 21 heeft een balkon en is gelegen in Olomouc, op maar 15 minuten lopen van Town Hall Olomouc en 1,3 km van plein Horní Námestí. Honestly, this place is just amazing. I've stayed in Czech for 7-8 days and this is the best apartment where i stopped out of 3 so far. The host was really interested in giving the keys as soon as possible. And he even told me that the apartment was going to be cleaned and ready sooner than the check-in time. Though due to some road work I arrived slightly later, but I did let him know, and nonetheless he was there to meet me! So absolutely no waiting time for me. The host managed to explain all of the details in the best way (even if he says he doesn't really speak English well, don't trust him 😄 You can understand him) The apartment was modern, super clean, and super comfortable. 2 different but also comfortable pillows. 3 towels + a special bath mat. TV worked perfectly, I used it to watch YouTube for a bit. The internet is fast. I didn't have a chance to cook something there, was out for the most time, but the kitchen had all the utensils needed, even a microwave. Also the location of the apartment is near to the tram station, and also there is a Penny grocery store super close, which is also comfortable. In the end I can just say, that this was the best stay I had so far. I'll keep this place in mind, if I decide to visit the Czech Republic and Olomouc again, which i might, since there is still a lot to explore. Thank you once again for this beautiful place!

Clear instructions and lots of photos for easy check-in. - Free public parking in front of building. The parking lots were always pretty full, but we always managed to find a vacant lot. - Apartment was located in a safe and convenient residential area. - Apartment looked newly renovated and was well-equipped for a comfortable stay (we did not expect perks like a coffee machine, tea bags, air con, blackout curtains at this price point).
