What a fantastic property. amazing decor and layout. Plenty of supplies for breakfast including a coffee machine. lovely comfortable beds. Great takeaway 50 yards down the road. New Brighton beach and the promenade is just a short drive away. The cleaning lady, Maria I think, was delightful and although we were a bit late checking out the owner was very understanding and sweet about it. Honestly couldn't fault anything about it.

The whole place was styling and very clean throughout. Lovely little balcony off one of the bedrooms and the kitchen had enough utensils to cook up a storm. WiFi was fast and the smart tv was a bonus. The Only thing lacking was the shower due to being under powered electric shower but the bathroom itself was very nice. If I’m in the area again I will definitely be staying here again! 4.9 stars from me

Decor was top notch with lots of personal touches that make you feel instantly relaxed, safe and content. Parking directly outside , Hoylake station one minute away. The outside decking is delightful.
