We are from Singapore. We enjoyed our vacation (5D4N) at Cassia Bintan. The apartment and surroundings were well maintained. Beach and swimming pools were clean. Thumbs up for the daily breakfast at Lotus Cafe. Pleasant and delicious dining experiences at Treetop and Saffron. All staff displayed a good service attitude with their SMILES making us feel welcome and at home. [

Quiet, clean and private beach front. Pool was not crowded during this time and enjoyed a relaxing weekend. Great to wake up to the apartment's ocean view. Staff are friendly. Availability of buggy transportation to reach dining places and spa within property.

The Anmon Resort Bintan offers a unique glamping experience. The tents are instagram worthy, the ambience of the room was comfortable, yet a little rustic. The activity centre nearby offered rentals of bicycles and electric scooter to get around the estate. I enjoyed the e-scooter, and also the artificial lagoon for swimming.

Phenomenal. The view, the service, the food (albeit expensive, its so good especially their fried rice. Breakfast spread was great! Different menu everyday) and one stop getaway from the city life. Loft was decently stocked and room was clean! Props to Benny, the activity manager, can really tell he LOVE HIS JOB. Service from him is personal and warm!! Thank you SO MUCH Cassia BINTAN for this amazing short vacation!!

The best part of this hotel is the location, the beach is fantastic and the water is very clean. Having a small apartment for yourself is also very nice especially if you travel with kids. Stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Apartment was clean and cute

The beach is very clean and private. Sunrise view is beautiful. Room with apartment model is nice for staying, like a leisure home.

The apartment was modern, clean and comfortable. We were given a free upgrade, thanks to Cassia staff. The swimming pool was beautiful and clean. The apartment was right in front of the lovely beach.
