I absolutely loved the apartment! It is located on a cliff in a quiet place. Yes you have neighbours but you will only see/hear them at the front of the house. The backside looks out over the sea. Great spot to see the northern lights. As with many apartments you don't see the host throughout your stay. I like that. Your door opens with a code. All basic necessities can be found in the kitchen, also a series of books to read and a telescope to watch the stars or birds, boats at sea. The apartment is very spacious with many places to sit. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night. I would love to come back and stay for a week and settle on the couch with a book :-)

The location of the house was right in front of Kirkjufell. We woke up every morning to an amazing view of the mountain and fell asleep to the sights of the northern lights. What an amazing stay.
