Very clean and tidy. Initially we chose this property because of its proximity to Fiumicino but it turned out that it was perfect for a beach break as well. Fantastic outdoor seating with lots of places to hang out/sit. Nice kitchen with food basics. A few small restaurants nearby but they did look good. We ate at the beach for lunch at Vittoria’s Beach Bar and it was great but a 52 minute walk. We cooked in for dinner but Ristaurante Crazy Cook looked good. 6 minute walk.

The place was absolutely beautiful - immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The host was fantastic - communication was clear, prompt, and friendly throughout, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, especially the complimentary breakfast, which was a delightful way to start our morning. The location was also perfect for exploring the town and nearby beaches. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base during our time in Gaeta. Highly recommended!
