The owner is helpful and always response so promptly. It has a coffee machine. They have enough dishes for all of us. We were a big group and so it was a bit packed for all and we hit our head to the stairs couple of times haha

Great Ryokan with delicious food and welcoming host family! They will help you with anything you need, including ski pass discount and a drive to the rental shop. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to the area.

The bed was fantastic. It was like laying on clouds. Natural onsen was a plus too. The location is very convenient close to the ski lifts ans rental shops. STAFF was very helpful.

- 2min walk to chairlift and ski rental places, and loads of cute restaurants - Great hot breakfasts every morning - Traditional japanese rooms - Carlo was really flexible in doing a concierge service to get us to other local resorts and the train station which was really helpful and cheaper than the taxi!

Breakfast was a good combination of Japanese and Western. Location was good, easy to walk to the slopes/shuttle bus stop. It was great that the hotel provided snow boots at the entrance. It was also useful to have a rental shop and ski school in the hotel, even though we didn't use those services. The shuttle bus to the train station was convenient.

Breakfast was good. Staff Yukako is super helpful with our change of plans and alternate arrangements with hotel and car rental. The chefs are super friendly and hotpot dinner one night was FABULOUS!

The owner is friendly & nice. He might give u a serious look/impressive and quick Q & A talk every time. But notice he is actually a jovial person after had a few short chat with him during the stay. The lady staff at the reception counter is very helpful, can see she is practising her english well with us. The senior lady staffs at the breakfast room are attentive and nice. Like that i can parked my rental car. The simple jap & western breakfast are enough to fill our stomach till lunch.

We loved the traditional Japanese rooms. it was spacious and clean and the large window that overlooked the mountains was the best! The room was kept very clean and warm, and I absolutely loved the hot water and tea corner that was a life saver! They even had a shuttle bus from the nearest station so that made the journey effortless and smooth. The buffet breakfast had a huge selection, both traditional and western options too! We also made use of the Ski rental shop which was mighty convenient!
