We liked the fact that the staff respond very quickly on all our inquiries even if it is in the evening or in the weekend. We also loved having the same unit during our 2 stays. They respected all our requests, which is not common in the hospitality industry, nowadays. The unit is brand new and spotless. It had a washer, a fully equipped kitchen and a very nice balcony. There is access to fresh towels and supplies at any time of the day and night. The location is super quiet away from the very touristy areas of Asakusa - in my opinion a clear bonus since I personally got very tired of the masses of tourists around Tokyo and needed a place which felt more residential and relaxed. It is a 15 minutes walk to the nearest train station, but this is normal in Tokyo so it should not put you off. I would definitely like to return a third time here.

From crockery to laundry detergent, all amenities were present. Self checkin is the best part. You dont meet anyone. Just use your codes and get into the building and your apartment. Fantastic stuff.

Great location!! Right in heart of Shinjuku area, but not right on Shinjuku station so easy to use the trains. We spent a day walking around our apartment first up in the trip, great food nearby etc. Property was beautifully tucked away, easy to get into, nice aircon in the winter, good bathroom and facilities.

Clean, easy check-in, great shower and lovely bed! The closest metro station is 10min walking which is perfect and allows you to sleep in a quiet neighbourhood. Great value!
