Very modern and new. Location is great in between 2 stations - Takaracho and Hatchobori, also an easy 500m walk away from Tokyo station, and 15 mins walk to Takashimaya. Good restaurants around the hotel too. Shower and bathtub water pressure was very strong. Having a washing machine was a bonus in the corner suite and very helpful especially for families traveling with kids. 7-11 store just across the street so easy to replenish water and fruits etc. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

3 bedrooms with double beds, a real authentic feel in on of the rooms, technology at its best with a drying room for clothes. English instructions with pictures which we didn’t find at some other residences. Top notch.

From crockery to laundry detergent, all amenities were present. Self checkin is the best part. You dont meet anyone. Just use your codes and get into the building and your apartment. Fantastic stuff.

Excellent location in a quiet street with convenience stores, the metro and a tranquil, beautiful park close by. Rooms are large, bathrooms are beautiful and beds are comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

Beautifully designed, great wall decorations, generous space (dining/kitchen and bedrooms were separate), extremely convenient location at the edge of shinjuku, well equipped (washer/drier and even rice cooker included, but strangely no TV). Large dining table with chairs.

A lovely, homey atmosphere. The host is polite and very friendly, and runs a cafe downstairs, where you can enjoy delicious breakfasts and brunches. The rooms are clean, and the mattresses are comfortable. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back. 😊
