CondoStMaarten by the Sea was absolutely stunning with brand new amenities and breathtaking views of the beach and the sunrise and sunset in the morning were so beautiful. Our concierge team, Mathilde and Kevin were exceptional and handled every single excursion, dinner and beach club reservations along with transport whenever we needed it, even arranging deliveries to our door. Transport was very easy. Mathilde and Kevin were so friendly, always available to answer our questions and incredibly responsive. They made this experience feel like a private oasis. We will absolutely work with them for all future trips to the island and highly recommend Mathilde & Kevin at CondoStMaarten by the Sea!

MarigotにあるSuperbe studio Dolce Vita vue mer plage piscineは、海の景色を望むユニット（無料WiFi利用可）、屋外プール、専用ビーチエリア、テラスを提供しています。プールの景色を望む宿泊施設で、バルコニーを提供しています。... ホテルではなく、コンドミニアムの利用でした。Dolce Vitaとはこの一室にオーナーさんが付けられた名前です。建物の名前は、Résidence Le Pirateです。 オーナーさんの良いセンスの内装と行き届いた清潔さで快適に過ごせました。 ベランダからの景色も良く、マリゴの中心からも徒歩10分以内でとても便利でした。　 オーナーさんは、翌日に同じ建物内で借りた別のコンドミニアムのオーナーさんと近しい関係で、お二人にとても親切にして頂き、荷物を次の部屋に移動して頂いたり。感謝です。 トータル2泊のみでしたが、洗濯機や冷蔵庫など設備されていたので、できれば長期滞在したいと思いました。

My stay in Simpson Bay was fantastic in a word. The location right on the beach is amazing, and the apartment was delightful, equipped with all conveniences. The view was breathtaking, truly something you need to experience for yourself to believe. The owners are incredibly friendly people and very helpful; they really went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like it was promised on the website. This stay is definitely recommended for anyone who wants to have an unforgettable time.

Well-appointed, cozy, self-service accommodation without fuss or worries. You can walk to almost everything needed, including small grocery store (decent prices), eating and drinking establishments - either in the Oriental Bay "village" or along beach adjacent. Sebastien, as manager/host, was receptive and friendly to accommodate a request without a second thought. The pool was nice/clear. Low-season stay; Oriental Bay was quiet and peaceful with just enough going on to be interesting.
