The area is super quiet which is great since the lower parts of the old town are much noiser. The parking is superb, you only need to drive a very short amount in the old town, which is not a good place for cars.

An easy 10-minute walk to the lake promenade, and 5-minute walk to the bus station (not the main one, but you can go to Skopje and Tirana from here).
