AJ Residence - Above Peppermint Asia City is located in Kota Kinabalu, less than 1 km from Filipino Market Sabah, 2.8 km from Sabah State Museum & Heritage Village, as well as 5.5 km from North Borneo Railway. This 4-star apartment offers full-day security, luggage storage space and free WiFi. The apartment has private entrance. Perfect location I stayed in the AJ Residence and also the AC Residence, both in the same area, identical rooms and comfort. Very confortable and nicely decorated room. I appreciated the fridge, the electric rolling shutter with remote control, the modern lighting with sensitive switchers. And above all: the most proactive and responsive communication with a residence’s manager I’ve ever had. Really worth the price.

At the apartment complex, every unit includes bed linen and towels. Wonderful room with all the facilities you could need. We had a great time here, beautiful rooftop pool. If we come back to KK we will definitely stay here again.
