Lovely little studio apartment, the staff were so friendly and right in the CBD so handy to access the city. We had a lovely stay!

Comfortable studio apartments in prime location ( walk to shops,cafes and market) Nicely decorated and clean. We enjoyed a bath on the deck after dinner. Would definitely stay again.

Room - lovely layout and had everything we needed. Bedroom - lovely although window view was another apartment next door and although upgraded to a 1-bedroom studio there were 2 single beds, not a double bed. Too tired to change so slept in separate beds.

Wonderful location on Viaduct Quay. Spacious studio apartment with lounge area that has a pull out coach. Balcony overlooking the ferry terminal. Appreciated the parking.

I liked the view, the comfort of the entire apartment.

Great location for concerts at Spark Arena. Good amenities around with Parnell on the doorstep, for food. Close to Auckland Strand station as well if needed. Shortish walk to Queen Street and the main drag as well. Perfectly good room for a short stay and has the self catering facilities in the apartment if required.
