Even the hosts themselves were quick to respond through the app. The property itself is a trike ride away from most activities in Panglao and is around 3-5 mins away from the airport. Toiletries, towels, and other essentials were provided.

We especially enjoyed the small patio where we could relax and unwind. One of the best aspects of our stay was the peaceful atmosphere at night—something that’s not always easy to find in the Alona Beach area. The entire facility felt safe and welcoming, with a friendly security guard at the gate who also shared helpful local tips. The owners, Danny and Mae, were wonderful hosts. Danny personally greeted us upon arrival, which made us feel very welcomed. He was also very responsive and attentive to our messages during our stay, promptly answering any questions and addressing any concerns we had. Their hospitality truly made a difference. The location is also perfect—just a 5-minute walk to both Alona Beach and the main street, giving easy access to restaurants and shops while still being tucked away in a quieter area. Overall, this is an ideal place for couples and families looking for a clean, quiet, and budget-friendly stay near the beach. I’d give it a solid 10/10!

From the room to rent a scooter. the owner helped so much, even arranged a tricycle to the airport.

This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The apartment features family rooms. The place itself was just fantastic. The sunrise view each morning was just wonderful to sit and watch with a morning coffee. The host, Selina, could not have been more helpful! Other hosts could certainly learn a thing or two from her. She arranged a complimentary taxi to pick us up from the ferry port and even did the same when I had to cut my stay short a couple of days early due to unforeseen events. Some snacks were provided along with a very ample supply of drinking water which was great too! The stay here was faultless and I hope to visit again in the future! If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it! You will not regret it.

My second floor retreat featured an expansive balcony with serene views of the courtyard and pool, where I spent evenings blissfully soaking in the natural sea breeze (no AC needed!). The staff's warm hospitality truly elevated my stay, they arranged for a nearly-new motorbike to be delivered right to the resort at very reasonable rates. With this level of comfort and convenience, I can easily see this becoming my go to long stay haven. In fact, I'm already planning to return for an extended month long getaway!

It’s the most clean room I’ve ever seen throughout my backpacking journey. The owner is also super responsive and friendly. I would recommend this place.
