It is in a wonderful location, very central so we were able to visit all that we wanted to on the Outer Banks. There are three balconies which caught the sun at different times of day.

The place was extremely clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. You also couldn't ask for a better location being right on the water for the sound and right next to the Wright Brother's monument. Also having a pool, lazy river, and splash pad for the kids was a major plus.

The community was quiet and well kept. It was good to see building in process for future growth. There were pavements for safety while walking through the community. Our facility had a garage which we didn't expect. It was a delightful surprise.
