The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere, which made for a perfect night’s sleep. The location was also ideal – close to airport( I just walked from airport to hotel 15-20 min), but still peaceful and relaxing. Overall, a fantastic stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The staffs were friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, and location was strategic with all kinds of good food nearby.

The room was very clean and equipped with washing machine, fridger, shampoo ..etc like all amenities that i would use. The receptionists were very kind and answered very kindly to our all questions like where we can exchange money or rent a bike etc. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use pool but all was good aside from that.

Its in the Altara Suites, which (I believe) is a common building with Four Points Sheraton. The apartment is located at a high floor with amazing views and close to the beach (although I did not visit it). I travelled with a young family and when we arrived it was bucketing down. Ruby (host) met us at the reception and was super helpful in getting us settled in. Edward, was constantly in touch via WhatsApp too. They are just amazing hosts! Assisting at every level! Great work, folks!! The house is beautifully kept, two very large rooms, one with ensuite, two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Do note, kitchen has all the utensils & cutlery but it does not have any essentials (barring tea, coffee) like milk, salt etc. However, that was hardly an issue. There is a mart (Nina Mart) right behind the property. For all the Aussie folks, its just like a fully furnished apartment you will get here locally. Hot water, Aircon, TVs, Apple TV, etc. etc. Whats more, even the house keeping lady came in bang on time! :-) There is a good swimming pool (free) + dining options (buffet, payable) + gym (payable). Lots of options to eat a short Grab drive, we never used the dining option. The property is 45mins drive from Bana Hills, about 20mins from Marble mountains and 50-55mins from Hoi An. Given we ran into rainy days and without this apartment, kids would have suffocated for space. This place and hosts are awesome! I don't do many reviews but not doing one here would be just wrong! PS - I took the pictures post kids had already having jumped around :-)

The room is spacious and has everything you need for short to long stays. I stayed a month and so I was really grateful for the washing machine, kitchen, and daily room cleaning option:) The receptionist are absolute sweethearts and SO helpful with everything, any concern or question of mine was answered immediately and handled accordingly. Loved my stay here and highly recommend it👍

At the apartment complex, some units are allergy-free and soundproof. I am traveling alone and working remotely. This place offered me a perfect place to stay for a couple of days. Reliable wifi and fast enough for Teams calls, comfortable work station etc. everything you need for working. It is situated in a perfect location, right in the middle of everything but yet on a quiet street. Room is clean and is cleaned when asked for. Easy communication with staff face-to-face and via WhatsApp. Comfy bed, modern bathroom, nice ac. The small balcony is nice addition.
