great location, extremely welcoming and friendly staff with a personal touch. clean rooms, big balcony to use. was a great stay also for a bigger group. the location is very convenient with many restaurants, bars, casino, Seebad and train station in walking distance. Great and super friendly owner, very open and helpful. Awesome view, Animals (goats, cows, rabbits running around). Clean and nice. Spar shop 2km away, lake side seen from bedroom window. Very quiet place. To Klagenfurt City center 20min by car.

The Apartment was truly amazing! It had everything we could wish for and more! This apartment had a balcony on the top floor, from which you could see all the way to the other side of the lake. The bed was so amazing that we still miss it now that we are back home. The private waterfront access was just a few seconds walk from the property and featured ample "beach beds" mattresses and parasols, as well as things like Stand-Up Paddle-Boards to make the time at the lake even more entertaining for young and old! :) Overall we had a fantastic time here and can only truly recommend anyone to try this place out for themselves. We hope to be back soon again! :)

everything. The lake view is amazing , the apartment is modern , spacious, furnished with taste and equipped with everything for cooking, cleaning, ironing. It is in a silent enclave but at 15 min walk from the centre of Velden. Velden is beautiful , well maintained and clean.
