Great location. Walk distance to watch the ocean and sunrise. Great price but have large space and very clean, tidy. Have all furniture you may need. Very very comfortable bed, my daughter said this is the best bnb she ever stay and wanna come back Australia for this house.

Beautifully renovated and comfortable. Lots of attention to detail and very pleasant to spend the evening with other guests. Lucky for us one of them liked to play the piano band we like to sing. Very enjoyable.

A beautiful Bed & Breakfast full of charm! The house and its Victorian-style early 20th-century decor are wonderfully preserved. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The other guests were also very friendly, and there were plenty of lovely conversations in the cozy living room or over breakfast. Another highlight is the stunning Cape Bridgewater, a fantastic beach nearby, perfect for swimming. I was able to borrow beach towels from the accommodation. Overall I have a wonderful stay in Annesley House.
