Location- the apartment is located in calm and peaceful part of Maspalomas. You can find well-equipped SPAR shop and good restaurants in walking distance. The nearest bus stop is approx. 300 m from the apartment, so you can easily get to every corner of the island or the city. Host- Fernando is perfect host. He gave us detailed information how to get into apartment and on request have a lot of useful tips where to go in order to have a good lunch or dinner. The appartment- cosy and comfortable small terraced house with all necessary equipment. on the ground floor you have a kitchen with living room and small toilet. on the first floor you have a slipping room with one big bed, and one quite big bathroom. Everything is very clean. All and all, we strongly recommend this place!

Nice and clean apartment. Location close to the bus stop. The owner was really helpful, excellent communication. She also made an early check-in for us. Very pleasant stay!

The accommodation was clean with a lot of extra’s such as a outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, sunbeds, coolbox for on the beach and much more. The host was very helpful and he shares a lot of tips during your stay. We will come back very soon. Keep up the good work Yunay.

Absolutely nothing to fault about the villa. Everything was exactly as described, and the photos perfectly reflect the property. Customer service was excellent—when we noticed the electric kettle was missing, it was provided the same day. The kitchen is well equipped, the area is quiet and secure with a gated entrance, and it’s all within walking distance to the beach. Plus, having three pools to choose from was a great bonus!
