Villa Contarini is a newly renovated and refurbished Venetian Villa to the highest standards with great professionality and historical charm. The en-suite room is very nice with an extremely comfortable bed and high quality bedding. The air-conditioning is very efficient. It is a huge value that you have access to the garden. The breakfast was served there and you can enjoy al-fresco dining during the day. The Villa is 10 min. walk from the vaporetto station or 2 min, walk from the bus. It is very conveniently located. The breakfast was very generous and was beyond the usual Italian style. It included not only sweet pastries but ham, cheese, fruits, nuts, joghurt, juices, coffee and tea. Michaela and Svet are excellent hosts and their guidance on history, art and architecture in Venice islands are truly valuable and should not be missed. They did all their efforts to accommodate my request and assure that I had a pleasant stay. A great thank you to make me feel at home in Villa Contarini.

Set 200 metres from the beach at Venice Lido, Villa Ines is an Art Nouveau building with garden. It offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and glass chandeliers made by the owner's family.

Everything was amazing, especially the rooms and the breakfast! Probably the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel/B&B. The staff are super friendly and the property is beyond beautiful. It was a true shame to leave.

Beautiful location in a small village. Perfect for exploring Venice and the Biennale and coming back to a quiet home base with access to the beautiful beaches on Lido. Excellent public transport nearby, we only took the bus during our stay.

We stayed 6 nights & had such a wonderful time here. It's a beautiful house in a quiet area. Our room was very well decorated & immaculately clean. Towels were changed, the bed was made & bathroom cleaned daily. Checking in was easy, the lady owner contacted us to ask our arrival time & was waiting for us on arrival. She was kind, friendly & approachable & gave us lots of information & a map on ferries to Venice. My Italian is very poor so I was very grateful that she did this in English. It was clear that the owner cared very much that guests were happy. We had a very good breakfast of croissants, toast, yoghurt, meats & cheese, cereals, juice, tea & coffee all available. It was so pleasant sitting in the garden to eat. We were able to leave our suitcases after check-out. The accommodation is ideally situated, only 6-7 minutes from the port down the main road then turn right.. Similarly the beach is a short walk down the main road then turn left.

Boasting sea views, Venezia lovely rooms offers accommodation with a balcony, around 300 metres from Lungomare d'Annunzio Beach. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free WiFi.

The appartment owners were absolutely kind! They contacted us way before our arrival and, on our arrival day, as our train was delayed, went out of their way to help us: they instructed us about which water bus to take, and even waited for us at the water bus stop (which is only two minutes from the appartment) and, as it was already night, showed us the way to the appartement! Also the hosts provide lots of helpful instructions about the surroundings, shopping options and things to do in Venice in a small book. The appartment is very well equipped and provides a comfortable living space. As we were travelling with our grown-up sons, we very much appreciated that there are separate bathrooms to each of the three bedrooms. Although the location is not in the center of Venice, everything of interest is in easy enough walking distance and we actually liked being in a quieter area, and I especially liked the open view to the sea at Fondamenta nove.
