Lovely place to stay. So quiet and tranquil. Very relaxing and comfortable. Loads of space. Great facilities. Everything you need. Breakfast provided (muesli, yoghurt, bread to toast, fruit etc with eggs to cook yourself). Lovely log burner. Easy access to Silver Peaks trails and Orokonui ecosanctuary. Alan is an excellent host.

We picked this apartment for the location. Perfect on the beach! The room was great, clean and comfortable! For us the view was the main thing but still perfect otherwise!

Situated on the top level of the iconic building, 'The Hydro', this property is set directly opposite Dunedin's popular St Clair Beach.

Beautifully updated apartment with stunning ocean views. Clean, comfortable and spacious property with modern furnishings, an outstanding kitchen, and gorgeous views from every room, Pictures don’t do it justice. Communication with the hosts was excellent.

Periena (I hope I spelt that right!) provided a tasty gluten free breakfast with fruit, yoghurt, cereals, toast & spreads. Just fantastic!! Both she and Ron were very knowledgeable about the area and always available to answer any questions. We were able to get some laundry done (at no extra cost!!). Shelby, their dog, was a delight!
