Located in Perivolos and only a few steps from Perivolos Beach, Sand Gem - Beach Apartments provides accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. I'm always happy when I find accommodations to which I can leave a big 10 rate and this one exceeds it by 1000000000000++++++++! This is the best seaside location we've had in our travels around Europe beaches: new, modern with a hint of traditional, island vibes and the best amenities and hosts. The apartments are located beachfont, there is a beach with private sunbeds included when you step out of your room. Rooms have everything you need, from kitchen to bathroom, beach towels also, daily cleaning and the star of the show, the hot tub which made the middle of the day and evening even chill, for just relaxing there. This is a family business, Spiros the owner is super friendly, gives the best local insights of what to do around the island and is very accomodating with guests (we asked if we can get an early check because we had an early flight and he made it possible asap, once the other guests left, everyone worked to get it ready for us). Breakfast is offered on site and cooked there, fresh and yummy, you have multiple options; there's also a tiny shop where you can buy souvenirs, nice linen beach clothes and groceries also. I was honestly sad I didnt book more nights here from the begining, we slept great, it was quiet and just perfect. Set within 600 metres of Perissa Beach and 8.7 km of Archaeological Site of Akrotiri, Alloro Perissa offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Perissa. This accommodation is more than a hotel, it felt like a perfect home for a week in Santorini. The room was very very clean, the design was unique and inspired from the local architecture, the location was close to the beach, the courtyard, the balcony and the pool were so quiet and relaxing. Efi and her family were very welcoming and kind, ready to help with anything, either with dinner recommendations, a Greek coffee in the morning or arranging for airport transfer. We really enjoyed our stay at Alloro Perissa and we hope to come back in the future.

Located in Oia, 1 km from Katharos Beach, Oia VineyART Homes provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and concierge services. The host was absolutely amazing. Great communication, welcoming snacks, fruits and drinks. Blew away our expectations from the time she met us at our drop off point until we left. Room is super cute with wonderful views.

Villas Scirocco is situated in Fira and has a pool with a view and pool views. There is a private entrance at the villa for the convenience of those who stay. Amazing stay, the host was very friendly and welcoming. It was really worth it !

Situated in Oia, OUTOPOIA CAVE STUDIOS offers accommodation with a patio and kitchenette. The property was located in Oia and a short block from the main pedestrian, but tucked away enough to feel like we had room to breathe away from the crowds. The rooftop was great and had a view of the ocean and the sunset.

Situated in Oia, the recently renovated La Madeleine Oia offers accommodation 1.1 km from Katharos Beach and 15 km from Archaeological Museum of Thera. We had a lovely stay. The staff was very nice, the sunset view from our balcony was lovely and the room was very nice and clean. Short distance to all the most popular attractions in Oia, Also easy to bring the luggage, as there were no stairs from the buss terminal (where the main road for cars stopped) to get to the hotel. They also served a super lovely breakfast each morning, Overall the stay was better than some of the 5 stars hotels I've been to.
