Especially the receptionist Linh, was very helpful and sweet from the first moment on. She helped us organized our stay and even after we left she helped us to get a valuable item back we forgot on the sleeper bus which she organized for us. The place is very clean, spacious and very welcoming in general. The food is great as well and someone is always around to help you. Recommended to everyone!

The property being just outside of town and right on the water is relaxing and peaceful. It was great to wake up in the morning and have coffee while taking in the view of the river and mountains. The owner, Phong, is a great host and can arrange anything you want. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area. We really enjoyed renting motorbikes to tour around the national park and visit a few caves, stunning landscapes! We also had a great paddle on his paddleboards upriver. Would 100% stay again!

The property was perfectly clean. They looked after us very well, including facilitating a 5am check in time and advising us about the typhoon. The property offers so much including tour bookings, laundry, motorbike rental etc. It is in a good location, 20 min walk to the Main Street, right beside a lovely restaurant and great views. Our bed was comfortable and air con is good. Shower pressure good. They offered to clean our room during our stay too.
