Perfect for our needs. Spent a lot of time in the pools, and it's it's right across from the beach. Amazing breakfast options just nearby (been living outside of Australia and missed Australian breakfasts), lots of other food options right outside. Walk or use one of the scooter rental apps to get down to Mooloolaba. We used it as a base to see family and friends and it was easy to drive everywhere from there.

Best dorm experience in Australia. Beds have good mattresses, a curtain for your privacy, there’s a small light, outlets for electricity and usb. Your own closet with a lock. And the dorm has an airco. Besides that the showers and toilets are new, clean and work perfectly. There’s a good kitchen. There a multiple relax areas. The cafe and restaurant have good food, nice drinks and it’s always busy. The location is ideal, walk in just a few minutes to the beach, the national park, the main street and the ferry jetty. Staff is really friendly.

We loved every moment of our stay at Di's apartment, especially being surrounded by beautiful gardens full of bird life, Eastern Water Dragons and Flying Squirrel bats. Our highlight was watching the bats each evening as they flew in to a big tree next door. And one night 2 baby bats put on a spectacular show for us flying around the garden and pool area. It was amazing. Di was an exceptional host. We really appreciated all the lovely special touches she made to welcome us. A personalised welcome note with a bottle of bubbly in the fridge, a Christmas tree, Christmas decorations, Christmas cookies and chocolates plus cold water in the fridge.Thank you very much Di. The apartment is clean, super spacious and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable as was the whole apartment. The full size kitchen was well stocked and the fridge has an ice maker which was so handy. Cereal options, tea, coffee and milk are provided. The pool and pool area is amazing and well maintained. Buderim is a really nice area and a handy location on the Sunshine Coast. A nice retreat to come back to after a day out and about. Di's apartment is excellent value for money with so much space. We highly recommend it. We also highly recommend Thai Frenzy in Buderim. Delicious!

    Location was excellent. Apartment on a higher floor so view of the ocean and sunrise was great. Unit clean and well appointed. Very roomy with multiple balconies to escape from the wife or other family if needed. Sunrise and sunset visible form both sides of the unit. Owner was very attentive to ensure arrival and check in was seamless. Close to patrolled surf beach (across the road). Plenty of cafes and restaurants for breakfast and lunch only 3 min walk.     I stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with an ocean view. The Unit was a lot bigger than I expected, which was great and it had a bath in the ensuite, which was a pleasant surprise. Unit was lovely, well presented, tidy and clean. Reception staff were very friendly and the extras items at Reception that are available for use is amazing. Short walk to shops, beach and Coolum Beach Surf Club. Will definitely book there again in the future.

    Our second time staying here and we will come again. It's in a great location, close to many cafes and the beach. It has a beautiful ocean and beach view from the balcony, a large lounge, and good-sized bedrooms. The staff are helpful and friendly.

    The Beach Retreat is set in a perfect, central location within minutes walk restaurants, cafes the Surf Club and patrolled beach. The pool is excellent, with a smaller, shallow lagoon for young children. we loved the hot tubs and the sauna - very relaxing. Our Ocean front unit had spectacular views across Coolum Beach and North to Noosa Headland. Thoroughly recommended for a good value holiday location.
