The location is new and nicely furnished, the mattress is very comfortable, and the apartment is spacious. There is a capsule coffee machine — compatible capsules can be found at LIDL or at the reception, from what I understood. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a kettle, a small fridge, a washing machine, an oven, and an electric stove with an extractor hood. The pool is large and clean. During our stay, there were times when we had the pool all to ourselves. The beach is nearby, just a 2–3 minute walk away.

It’s the 2nd time we come to Agatopolis and we’re never disappointed! It’s a great house in a quiet area. We were able to park very easily in front of the house and it’s close to the beach and to the city centre. There are nice restaurants and cafés very close and the owners are very nice people. We’ll come here every time we come to Ahtopol for sure. The price is great for a great place!

Good location within easy walking distance of the town but slightly more peaceful. Plenty of parking. Sea views from the front of the property. Room was a good size and had a nice balcony with table and chairs overlooking the garden and the hills. Full size fridge in room which was very useful. Beds very comfortable. Friendly, helpful host, he let us book in early which was great. Enclosed rear garden with covered seating area which was nice to sit in and have a tea or coffee in the morning. Definitely recommended for a good value stay by the sea.
