We loved the ambience, view of ocean and of cruise ships docking and leaving, the landscape and facilities. The turndown snacks were a lovely surprise. We looked forward to them. Room came with a washing machine and dish washer. It was in the heart of the city, made it easy to stroll on Bay Street.

Very nice (but not cheap, but well, it's Nassau!), clean Hotel up the hill near the beach. We had a small room in the basement, everything was fine and working correctly. The staff was charming and very helpfull. I fully recommend this Hotel. Breakfast is à la carte and typically US. Good beach nearby (with a car): Love Beach.

the resort is beautiful, clean & very large our room in the East building was awesome with beautiful views of the ocean, beach & pool areas. we had a large deck with comfortable chairs. we had a very large bedroom & bathroom with a nice living room. It did include a butler for some services needed the restaurants were delicious but it is pricey, Marcus is the best but you have to try Costa at the Rosewood cabanas were nice to have since it was a busy week of vacation with people with kids. there are adults area pools all the staff was so friendly & helpful love this place, looking forward to coming again!!!

The location is near a pristine beach and close to a bus stop that goes downtown. The staff is amazing. One can get good food on the order from the restaurant practically at any time of the day. Coffee and tea are also available in the lounge. The room design and landscaping are first class

Studios are very well distributed and the view from.the balcony is beautiful. Many restaurant options inside the Hotel and outside in the marina area. Laguna Beach is beautiful, sea life everywhere. Is a protected area. Customer service from Bascom and Tanya was top!! Extraordinary people 100% oriented to make you feel welcome.
