Very safe. Hotel is a bit run down but cleanliness maintained. Perfect location for English Bay and Stanley Park. Denman Street hosts an array of various eateries.

Jenny was lovely showed me to my room and waited up for me even as I was going to check in very late. Very sweet lady. I stayed in the twin bedroom which was nice and spacious. Close to a shower and toilet which felt like my own. Has a dining area and a small kitchen area that you can make coffee and microwave stuff. There is also a fridge that you can use. Stayed here while I was attending a course nearby.

My stay was great, thank you Irwin and family! I will definitely come again. I can highly recommend the apartment. The Terrasse is really great and very sunny until early afternoon.
