Very nice and helpful staff. Taxi from and to airport were well arranged. The room was large with a nice private terras. Rooms were cleaned daily and two large bottles of water were offered at arrival. There is a small shop nearby that I used to get a cheap local SIM card (2€ for 1GB of data - doesn't get any better than that :-)). The formula with all means included was very nice: the morning a buffer with all I could wish for and the other meals are 3 courses with choses of meat, pizza, fish, veggie, ... There was sufficient room around the pool area and there is a great view on the sunset! I highly recommend to rent a scooter in Santa-Maria for a couple of days, allowing to easily discover the best parts of the island. Also here, the reception gave me very good pointers.

The place is beautiful and quite. We arrived at approximately midnight and a security guy helped us with the apartment keys. The apartment was clean and it had a lot of house appliances, including a Washing machine. Special Thanks to Agnes, the landlady; we had several issues with flught to arrive at Sal and we stayed less nights than expected. She supported us and keeping the booking despite all the inconvinience

We traveled as a family and the apartment was just what we were looking for: comfortable, well-equipped, and peaceful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, the facilities were above expectations and the pool was great and the security of the place was impeccable. We felt very welcome and had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Amazing location and Zuela the host was fantastic. Francisca the cleaning lady was very nice and came every 2 days. There was also WiFi at the property and it reached the beach as well. Thank you so much Zuela!

Staff was absolutely AMAZING!! Everyone was always super nice and very helpful from reception, to breakfast, to pool bar and beach restaurant! Thank you so much!! The hotel is beautiful, full of green areas, huge pool, comfy sun beds. Food was alright, everything very overpriced but it’s Hilton and more than expected to be this way. The beach is just in front of the hotel, with white sand and water is warm. There is the water activities center on the beach where you can book diving, snorkeling, kitesurfing, water bikes, kayaking, SUP, etc. Staff was very nice there and can speak Portuguese, English, Spanish, French and Criolo. My friend is celiac and needed gluten free food, the hotel was great accommodating this, for breakfast she always had gluten free bread, croissants, cakes, etc; they French fries are done separately and they also had gluten free bread for burgers. You can easily walk to Santa Maria city through the walking area behind the beach, it’s about 10minutes, you will find a supermarket on the way too. You can also book the day trip to the island and the turtle night trip at the hotel reception (35€), if you book with people you find in the street it will cost 25€. We absolutely loved the week we spend at Hilton!

We loved the location to the beach - a promenade to stroll along or jog if you were so inclined. We had booked a deluxe swim up level room which entitled us to our own lounge with snacks and a bar with all inclusive drinks. Also we were able to book (via the Level Lounge Reception Team) all of the other Meliá Hotels which were all walkable to the hotel we stayed in. All the staff were always very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location right next to a beautiful beach and lot of restaurants nearby. Everything within walking distance. Very friendly staff at the hotel, clean rooms and very cozy and beautiful hotel. Breakfast is good as well. Nice swimming pools, plenty of activities in the hotel. Nothing could be better, an excellent hotel and highly recommended 👌
