It was great. You share the house with the family that lives there. It was really comfortable and nicely decorated. At your stay the family was away themselves, so unfortunatly we cpuldn't meet them.

Really helpfull staff that helped with everything we needed. The food was amazing, rooms were clean, location is great and if you have a room with sea view - you can enjoy it. We loved it! It is a short walking tour to the center of the town for sightseeing - lovely place! Visit the mini Køge town next to the hotell and the camping place next to the hotell - lot of fun for kids there with trampoline and mini-golf.

The accomodation in Danshostel in Faxe is excellent still. I like all, especially very fine peoples, excellent communication, beautiful location. Breakfast is excellent. Beautiful house near the beach! You'll find everything you need inside for wonderful holidays. You just need 1 minute to the beach. The interior is modern, but cozy. There's enough space for two people. I felt very welcome and will definitely return to this beautiful place.

    Location was OK but the beach area is not readily accessible and a long walk. The staff were not particularly friendly and were fairly abrupt. The room was comfortable. The breakfast arrangements were badly laid out with a limited choice.

    We had a spare day, and not knowing this part of Denmark, decided to visit. Lovely vistas from the hotel, (like being on safari) with cattle roaming on the marsh towards the beach. Super quiet, lovely friendly efficient staff, excellent dinner and breakfast. Perfect.
