The best part was the host. Mohammed was a super nice host - very responsive and easy to communicate. I got there after midnight, and I even had to leave the hotel at 3.30am for a super early morning tour on the same day, but thankfully he arranged the airport pickup and the boat. For the 3.30am boat ride, he stayed awake until around 3.40am to make sure that I made the boat ride on time. And the view from the terrace was magnificent. It was such a pity that I didn't have enough time to enjoy the view while my stay at the hotel. The room was clean with basic furniture - bed, wardrobe, a small fridge, a bedside table and a private bathroom. The hotel is a minute away from the jetty, and right before the jetty, there is a little shop where you can get almost anything. In a nutshell, it was worth the money.

the location and safety was amazing . Ahmet helped us too much about everything . we couldnt have the breakfast because we were leaving early , they even prepared us breakfast box . just bring sprey for the insect and mosquitos, they are everywhere hotel room has one for the room but just in case .

Get the kings room on top, you wont regret it. The view is stunning. The owner offers motorboat rides to the west bank or the botanical gardens as well as felucca rides. We loved our stay. Its quiet and away from the chaos of aswan. Elephantine island is a gem. The public ferry is close too.

The staffs were all nice. They recommended one driver for us, and he was really an excellent driver. He doesn’t speak English that much but he was very polite and understands well about our needs. The staff who we contacted was really kind and try to give us the best experience all the time so the places such as restaurants were also pretty good and wherever we went by his recommendation we just had so good experiences. The view from the guest house was also so nice and getting the guest house by boat was also so nice. The manager didn’t push us about paying the charge quickly and we had really good time there.

We loved our stay here. The room had everything we needed and it had a great view towards Nile. The owner was very friendly and we felt like at home. We enjoyed our conversations with him. The location is perfect as it's very close to the best restaurants in Aswan and there is a public boat that goes often to the city in less than 5 min. We never had to wait for the boat as it's goes quite frequently as well. Even though the island is not in good conditions, we loved our stay there. All the people we met or encountered were very friendly. I am so glad we decided to stay 3 nights instead of 2 as it's my favorite part of the trip. The owner also helped us arranging several tours and we were happy with all those trips we took. I would totally recommend this guest house to everyone.

Very warm welcome from the owner Ahmed and his family. He even came to pick us up at the ferry station to cross to Elephantine Island. Transport from the airport was arranged by the owner as well. He is a good person, very chilled and not pushy at all. The room is very clean, the bed is comfy and shower is hot. The location is perfect for Aswan - it is nice and quiet and both the room and rooftop have amazing views to the nile and the botanical garden. Would definitely recommend to stay in Elephantine Island opposed to the city center which is chaotic and noisy. The island has everything you need: relaxed ambience, easy and cheap transportation to the mainland, a couple tasty restaurants and you can spend a full day only in the island by visiting the Aswan museum, catching a felucca ride to the botanical garden and watching sunset from one of the beaches.
