The La Perla Beach House property is located in a quiet but charming village. To enjoy the ocean view with the island of La Gomera in the background, you only have to walk 50 meters! The terrace and bedroom window also overlook the ocean. It is very close to the natural rock pool or the beach. A maximum of 5 minutes walk. To the larger stores (Lidl, Mercadona) 5 minutes by car. The house is on two levels. Well equipped. Two bathrooms are great for a large group of travelers. The living room is spacious. Contact with the host hassle-free. We were given a second set of keys, which was a super improvement when the group has different ideas on how to spend their time. We would 100% recommend staying at La Perla Beach House.

The stay was amazing! They even left a bottle of wine for us, and there was a coffee machine available, which was a nice touch. The place was beautifully decorated, very clean, and well-maintained. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommend.

Great apartments! SVA&YA Sunflower Apartment in Playa La Arena is located in a peaceful complex with views of the ocean and Mount Teide. There's a large pool right by the apartment's terrace. Everything you need is close by. You can reach Playa La Arena beach with its unique black sand in just a 10-minute walk along the picturesque promenade. The apartment is designed for 4 guests and comes fully equipped for a comfortable stay. It has two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a modern kitchen with all the necessary appliances. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower, along with fresh towels and bath amenities. Free WiFi and parking are available. Overall, it's a great place for a peaceful getaway with a stunning view. We highly recommend SVA&YA Sunflower Apartment in Playa La Arena! While we didn't take advantage of the airport transfer and excursions, it's great to know these options are available for those who want to explore more.
