The owners were really friendly, assist us with everything. They arranged transfer from and to airport. They also arranged our husky safari and snowmobile safari. We saw the northern light from our cabin!

The maisonette is very cosy and smartly arranged. The sauna is a terrific addition but what makes the place golden is the fireplace and firewood provided by the host. There was a perfect spot outside to take pictures of the northern lights. Conveniently close to Saariselka for groceries. We were sad to leave. :)

Everything is well equipped for "live" in saariselkä. Location is also great ! 10min walk to supermarket. We acrossed on the frozen lake in front of apartment to go shopping. It was great experience! The owner is really helpful and gentle and quick response. Highly recommend!!

The maisonette is a really unique cabin experience in the middle of the woods in upper Finland. The cabin has everything you need including a sauna and clothes dryer! Although we only stayed for one night we wished we stayed longer. We primarily came here for the smoke sauna which was totally worth the 21€. You can’t come to Finland and not try this! We highly recommend this place!
