Seru and his family was the most amazing hosts and made our stay everything we wished for! Amazing surroundings, amazing people, nice food - shout out to Emily for the food! I celebrated my birthday with my girlfriend and the family helped making it something special. I will always remember Wai Makare and the lovely family. It is not luxury, but the amazing relaxed island lifestyle and the family that makes this stay special!

The best place we stayed in in Fiji!!! The staff is soon friendly, always smiling and willing to help you! The whole place is beautifully maintained, there are two beaches, wonderful greenery and everything else you need. We stayed at a tree house which doesn't have a bathroom but we never had to wait for showers or toilets. And the food!!!! Oh my, it was the best experience we could have, we stayed in other much more expensive resorts but this one definitely had the best food from them all. Regards to every staff member from Martini and Margareta

We had an exceptional stay at Paradise Cove Resort, certainly one of the best we've ever experienced. The place is a real haven of peace: calm, relaxing and surrounded by breathtaking nature. The resort also offers a wide variety of activities. And what about the food? It's simply delicious, with fresh and tasty dishes. The team was simply fantastic. Warm, attentive and always ready to listen, they showed great professionalism, particularly in taking care of my numerous food allergies. Everything was done to ensure that I felt safe and could enjoy my stay to the full, which really touched us. Thanks again to César and the whole team for these magical moments. We'll be back without hesitation !

Experiencing Ravita Cove was nothing short of magical. Nestled on an isolated island, it felt like being welcomed into a family rather than just a guest. With only two rooms, the intimate setting allowed for a truly personalized experience. Cookie and his team were the epitome of hospitality, ensuring every moment was filled with warmth and care. The food was exceptional, adding to the overall delight of the stay. From sunset hikes to lovo nights with kava, cave explorations, and snorkeling adventures, every activity felt like a cherished memory in the making. The team's genuine kindness and abundance of humor made the entire stay feel like a dream. Ravita Cove is not just a place to stay; it's an experience to treasure for a lifetime. Maikai and his family were generous, kind and extremely accommodating, including us in welcome ceremonies and a family picnic. The room was great, spacious, private and clean. The location is right next to a village where the people are friendly and you can look around the kindergarten and get to know the people and round the corner from a resort too where you can do activities if you like. We had a great few days here and would’ve loved to stay longer. It’s an excellent homestay.

This is one of the most authentic and beautiful places in all the Yasawa Islands. Vilise and his father took care of us as if we were family. Vilise is a good cook, my girlfriend is celiac and he really took care that everything was perfect for her. They also make delicious ice creams with local fruit from the island. It is a very un-touristy area and they are very nice people. We spent three days there of disconnection and absolute relaxation, without a doubt the most authentic experience with local people you can have in Fiji. We hope to be back soon!

Amazing kind people! Especially Seru and Emily. I loved the family -vibe, the calmness of the environment and the beautiful beachfront. I would have happily stayed for longer. This was one of my favourite stops during my 3-week island hopping.

Emily and the rest of the family are extremely friendly. There was always some activities going on for the guests and plenty to do whilst you’re there. They offer snorkelling with the manta rays which we would highly recommend. The beach is beautiful, with a fantastic view of the sunset. The nearby reef is extensive and fantastic for snorkelling - we saw an abundance of marine life including sharks, stingrays and puffer fish. Food was generally tasty and there are coconuts in excess.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at Wai Makare. Jay and Emily were very welcoming and we had a great time relaxing in the hammocks (right on the beach - like a postcard), eating the delicious food and participating in many activities. We especially enjoyed the village trip (1/2 hr each way by boat), learning to weave baskets and bookmarks, spearfishing, coconut husking, and playing volleyball with the young men each evening, and some great games of cards with Jay in the evenings. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The staff at Wai Makare couldn't have been kinder - they were very welcoming, organised trips and activities, made us cups of tea in the afternoons and even provided a fire to sit by in the evening with musical accompaniment. Emily's baking is wonderful and a big shout out to Jay who made our time so fun and special. We loved the private beach away from it all, the comfy hammocks to read in, and the snorkeling straight off the beach. If you are looking for an authentic Fiji homestay on a paradise Island, this is it!
