I celebrated my birthday with my girlfriend and the family helped making it something special. I will always remember Wai Makare and the lovely family. It is not luxury, but the amazing relaxed island lifestyle and the family that makes this stay special!

Our stay at Barefoot Manta was absolutely perfect. The staff were truly amazing – warm, attentive and welcoming. The location is exceptional, offering breathtaking sunsets and a true paradise feel. The Manta snorkel was amazing, too! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay – highly recommended!

The best place we stayed in in Fiji!!! The staff is soon friendly, always smiling and willing to help you! The whole place is beautifully maintained, there are two beaches, wonderful greenery and everything else you need. We stayed at a tree house which doesn't have a bathroom but we never had to wait for showers or toilets. And the food!!!! Oh my, it was the best experience we could have, we stayed in other much more expensive resorts but this one definitely had the best food from them all. We had an exceptional stay at Paradise Cove Resort, certainly one of the best we've ever experienced. The place is a real haven of peace: calm, relaxing and surrounded by breathtaking nature. The resort also offers a wide variety of activities. And what about the food? It's simply delicious, with fresh and tasty dishes. The team was simply fantastic. Warm, attentive and always ready to listen, they showed great professionalism, particularly in taking care of my numerous food allergies. Everything was done to ensure that I felt safe and could enjoy my stay to the full, which really touched us. Thanks again to César and the whole team for these magical moments. Maikai and his family were generous, kind and extremely accommodating, including us in welcome ceremonies and a family picnic. The room was great, spacious, private and clean. The location is right next to a village where the people are friendly and you can look around the kindergarten and get to know the people and round the corner from a resort too where you can do activities if you like. We had a great few days here and would’ve loved to stay longer. It’s an excellent homestay.

This is one of the most authentic and beautiful places in all the Yasawa Islands. Vilise and his father took care of us as if we were family. Vilise is a good cook, my girlfriend is celiac and he really took care that everything was perfect for her. They also make delicious ice creams with local fruit from the island. It is a very un-touristy area and they are very nice people. We spent three days there of disconnection and absolute relaxation, without a doubt the most authentic experience with local people you can have in Fiji. We hope to be back soon!
