Spacious and well set up unit for our family of 7 It is right on the waterfront at the marina and has every detail considered A cooks kitchen/ large tables/ enough bathroom facilities for large groups. Very pleasant walks around the area and a knowledgeable host.

Résidence New Rochelle is located near the marina in La Rochelle. It has an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The beach is just 200 metres away.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I had somehow managed to double book my stay but the problem was resolved very quickly. The electric ferry service near the residence into the city centre was very useful.

Lovely clean and modern room. Beds were very comfortable and we had a great, much needed, nights sleep! Although you're right in the thick of it we heard VERY minimal to no noise at all. Service was friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast lay out and they had good food options to suit everyone. Parking isn't onsite, however, there is parking a 2 min walk away in Parking Vieux-Port Ouest and its the cheapest. We were there for roughly 24 hours and it came to 8 Euros. I would definitely stay here again if we were to visit La Rochelle on the future.

Plenty of free parking spaces. 20 minute walk to the sea and beaches. Close to supermarkets. Good size apartment and very well equipped. The beds were very comfy. Bathroom and shower was very clean as was the kitchen. Lots of tpilet roll, washing up liquid... There was coffee and sugar (although we had bought our own). We were a group of 3 and would all be happy to stay here again.

The staff were very helpful, the room was immaculate and nicely laid out, the breakfast was of a good quality and was replenished frequently, unfortunately, we did not have time to use the pool but the temperature was good and it looked very inviting, will use when we return in the future.
