We loved our stay at The Wheeldale and won't hesitate to come back! Immaculately clean room, lovely staff and we slept great during our stay. Check-in was quick and simple and we got some handy tips for the area. Shower pressure was very good too (which I personally find important).

I arrived late but the staff went out of their way to accommodate me. Room was extremely comfortable, with a sea view over the Bay. Pre-arranged car parking was available. They have a nice breakfast included, and a pub atmosphere bar, Everything in one package, in a beautifully refurbished old building. True Yorkshire hospitality.

Breakfast was great and the Breakfast room were nice and cozy. The hotel and the hotel room was nice, clean and atmospheric. The location of the hotel is excellent, there are two car parks located near the hotel and the city center and the shore are very close and easily walkable. There is no elevator in the hotel and the staircase is quite narrow, but that is to be expected in a house like this. All in all a great stay!

The White House Inn was perfect, it’s a very friendly and warm welcoming Inn in a perfect location. It’s only a short walk into Whitby and can be done along the costal path with was really nice. The room was brilliant and really good value for money, I couldn’t believe the size of our room, it was huge with brilliant views of the sea and the golf course. We had breakfast and evening meal and the food was really nice too with plenty of choice.

The location was excellent! Very central in Whitby. The owners communicated instructions clearly. The place was clean and well outfitted. The pub next door had a seating overlooking the harbor. Plus we got a discount because we were staying at the property next door. Good shower in the en-suite.

Fantastic view. wonderful hotel! Very nice and helpful staff. It was a stop on our way to the ferry from scotland, but it was a wonderful experience. wonderful town. Really worth a journey of its own!!!!
