An impeccable place in every sense - very attentive and cordial personnel, cosy rooms, little gestures all around like sweets, drinks, beautiful objects, etc. The location was perfect. The breakfast was outstanding, delicious and healthy, I felt like every item was carefully selected and was super fresh.

    The property was quiet and provided us with an excellent base to explore the surrounding area. It was a perfect balance of beachfront and forest, close enough to the estate facilities and Kingsbarns distillery but hidden enough to be isolated from the world. Loved the well equipped kitchen, coffee, marshmallows and the wood burning stove and fire pit were fab!

    Excellent location, the home was clean and tidy and just as expected. Very comfortable beds and within easy reach of St Andrews. Unfortunately the weather did not really lend itself to walks on the beach, but in better weather we would have made use of the easy access.
