It was like a simple basic clean old style pension run by family who could not do enough to facilitate you. There was parking, a fabulous garden with fruit trees, mountain and sea views as and cats! They responded quickly with help.. to plug in TV, a laundry line and facilitated a late check out as the next tenants we’re arriving later. The village location is on a steep hill so while it’s walking distance to a couple of restaurants easily, the beach is too far too walk back up the hill in the sun. It’s also a great base for exploring surrounding beaches/ towns. To be clear.. At the price this is obviously not for luxury lovers but perfect for travellers with cars who want to a clean simple friendly good value accommodation

Our visit in the accomosation was exceptional. The hosts were extremely nice and hospitable. They helped us and informed us about the island and places to go and see. The accomodation provided all the neccessary facilities and even more. It was really well equiped and our hosts let us borrow stuff like umbrellas. The appartment was really clean and in a quite place really close to the capital.

It is really wonderful place. Quiet and peaceful it is perfect for relaxing. The villa and the pool are clean. The beach is next to the villa, but the way to the beach is not so easy. The host is helpful without bothering you.

It was our second stay in Skala hotel. 2 years ago, we stayed in the same room. Staff was fenomenal! Nice and polite. Wifi was perfect!Very clean hotel, towel change every day, cleaning every day. Very nice breakfast with various types of food. Beach is 3 minutes away (walking distance). You have tavernas and bars near. Main pedestrian street full of tavernas and shops is 5 minute walking. Everything was perfect!
