The whole property is great! There is green garden, many trees around and the visitor gets the feeling of serenity and calmness! The room was spacious, super clean and provides the visitor with all necessary equipment; it is the ideal place to stay for one night, or the whole summer!! I personally enjoyed sitting in the balcony in the evening and watching the mesmerising view! Extra words should be mentioned for the whole hotel stuff: they are amazing professionals who made sure to cover all our needs and replied to our messages as fast as possible!

Everything was fine, the hosts very friendly and welcoming. They gifted us delicious grapes. Giosonas beach is amazing on wind-free days. It's just a few minutes' walk, not crowded and very peaceful. We also tried Nagos beach (1,5 km distance) , but it was overcrowded, so it isn't worth taking the trouble of checking it out. The kitchenette was well equipped for our needs. We used it every evening to cook and we had great meals on the balcony of the apartment, which overlooks Giosonas beach. The roads leading to the accommodation are winding and some have hairpin loops (We were driving along the coast from Chios town to the north-eastern part of the island.), but the scenery is picturesque.

The communication with the landlord was excellent. Although the house is a little far from the city center, you can reach the city center in 10 minutes by car. The house has a beautiful sea view and a beach right in front of it that can be used. I would like to stay again.
