It was very satisfying. Me and my family had an amazing time,sitting at the deck and overlooking the river. The room we had was also looking over the river bank and it was stunning. the service was Excellent. The meals were given at the right time. And there were no hurdles at all. So in an overall experience it was a smooth stay.

The whole place was very nice and the room was extremely clean. The staff were lovely. Ben helped me with suggestions on where to eat and what to see around Calicut, and he was also flexible about my check out too.

The hotel is very comfortable, clean, with good bedding, good pillows, and a good shower. But beyond these requirements, the staff is very professional and kind. We arrived late and hungry from the airport, and even though there were only ten minutes left before the restaurant's room service ended, they were super kind in attending to us. Furthermore, they arranged transportation to a beach we wanted to go to in a very professional manner and at a good price. And the breakfast is spectacular, mainly due to the friendliness and willingness of the staff to offer us the best of West Indian food. I am grateful and take away good memories of Calicut.
