We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient with easy access to transportation and lots of great pizzerias and local food shops nearby. The service was outstanding—traveling with two kids in Naples can be challenging, especially if you don’t speak Italian, but the staff went above and beyond to help us. They provided daily water, breakfast, and refills whenever we needed. I highly recommend this place—definitely a 10/10 if you prefer to stay outside the city center!

Our stay at the Chiaia Suites was wonderful. The hosts gave us an extremely warm welcome and always had an open ear for our concerns. The rooms are absolutely clean and lovingly furnished, and the breakfast terrace offers a beautiful view. The location of the accommodation is also highly recommended, as many sights are within easy walking distance and the proximity to the attractive Lungomare is a great advantage. We would come back at any time, grazie to the hosts! :)

It is a great room and easy to find. It is right in the middle of things so easy to navigate around to explore. Close to the port as well. Federica is so friendly and so helpful. She provided lots of local information and a great map which helped us to get around places. It was a great room and a good stay. It is up a lot of stairs as it states in the booking - there is no lift so be aware about carrying bags up. It is worth it though.

This is a great place to stay. We booked the double room with balcony just for one night. The room was verg big with a very comfortable bed. It was very clean in a central location.. I would reccomend it for anyone who would like to visit Naples. I would definetly stay again in this amazing place.
