Antonio prepared a fantastic breakfast for us on the beautiful terrace, featuring a variety of Sardinian specialties. He also took the time to share great recommendations for places to eat and visit in the area. The view from the room was lovely, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Location of this apartment is very good, it has everything you might need when you are away. Also you could you see how some of the rooms was renovated, such as the kitchen. Great attachment, the artificial grass outside, as this area is hot and dry by default, having the artificial grass it automatically refreshes the area, making it possible to enjoy outside.

Amazing hotel tucked away in the middle of the busy touristical coastal towns of north Sardinia. Boutique style, the rooms are distributed around a beautiful garden, all with independent and direct access, with a terrace. It has a beautiful private beach with umbrellas and chairs included in the stay. I stayed here right in the first days of opening and the final touches were being done: SPA, swimming pool, gym. Can't wait to return and experience the full resort services. And the staff was amazingly welcoming and professional, from the Director, to Ginevra, Federico and all the team. Its feels great when you go on a holiday but you feel pampered and welcomed as a friend. On one side you want to keep this hotel like a secret, just for yourself, but it should be shared with like-minded people looking for a quiet, quality stay away from crowds.

    The lication right on Sardinia’s best beach is spectacular. The access to lounges on lawn next to the water; good wifi; parking etc. Check in includes the wonderful front desk lady showing you the apartment and all the tips for the property. Even has a laundry to use if need be

    Beautiful location, spot on the beach & with stunning views. Breakfast at the restaurant across the road was great, which was also a nice location for dinner. I also appreciated the balcony with seats & drying rack.
