Absolutely everything.
Bungalows are simple, comfortable and clean.
The place is right on the beach and runned by a very friendly family. The food is delicious.
Would come back again.

We really liked it here. The staff is very friendly and kind. Chill atmosphere. The food and drinks in the restaurant was very good. The beach itself is nice and clean. One night we saw sea lights in the ocean.

The view was beautiful. Sunset, ocean and mountain ⛱️ 🌄 🌇
Punchbag for training is a nice touch.
I loved the wicker beach design in the room, real late 1980s.
Staff(pretty dark haired woman)here was the only person who asked me each day how I was. Good to have follow up and show customer care.
I look forward to seeing this place in a year or two as I can see it's going to be very special

For island living this is as simple as it gets. The bungalows are right on the beach facing west so the sun sets over the sea are fabulous. the food and drinks are delicious and the owners and staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Electricity (generator) however is limited between sunset and 11.00pm.

Very cute boutique hotel on the beachfront in Kep. The staff was absolutely lovely, especially the manager Carolina! I particularly liked the fact that the hotel is eco friendly. The food in the restaurant was also delicious. Highly recommend this place!

This was a perfect place to stay. Everything about this place was amazing... Friendly helpful staff, comfortable room with a beautiful view, great pool, great cafe and restaurant and right on the beach! It was way more than I had expected.
I'll definitely visit again while I'm in Cambodia.
